RP Stellar Holdings B.V. is the parent of IronChannel B.V., which builds encrypted messaging and collaboration software for organisations with strict data-protection and data-residency requirements.

01 — The holding

A Dutch holding with a single purpose.

RP Stellar Holdings B.V. is a privately held company incorporated in the Netherlands. It exists to own and support one operating company, IronChannel B.V., providing capital, governance and stable long-term ownership.

The holding does not sell products or services itself. Product development, day-to-day operations and customer relationships sit with IronChannel.

02 — Operating company: IronChannel B.V.

Encrypted communication for organisations that cannot compromise on data protection.

IronChannel B.V. develops a secure messaging and collaboration platform for organisations with strict data-protection and data-residency requirements: government bodies, defence, and regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare and legal services.

Customers can run the software on their own infrastructure or use it as a hosted subscription. In both cases, control over where data is stored and who can access it stays with the customer.

The platform is currently in development. The first customers are expected to be organisations in the Netherlands and the wider European Union.

How we own and build.

  • Long-term ownership

    We hold for the long term. There is no fund cycle and no exit clock, so the operating company can make decisions on a horizon of years, not quarters.

  • Privacy by design

    Data protection is a product requirement, not a compliance afterthought. Encryption and customer control over data are built in from the start.

  • European by default

    Built in the Netherlands for organisations that need their data to stay within the European Union, under European law.
